Meet the Artist: Fri 21 June 3pm.
Exhibition runs until 6 July.

The White Elephant Contemporary Gallery Morecambe.

An informal chance to hear celebrated photographer David Stewart reflect on his work and take questions from the audience.

David Stewart’s ‘Fogeys’ Exhibition is currently running at The White Elephant Contemporary Gallery, Morecambe until 6th July .

‘Fogeys’ is a collection of images by David Stewart, celebrating growing old disgracefully. Comprising upbeat, positive photographs of elderly people in a series of unpredictable situations, Fogeys includes amusing shots of old men dangling their feet inside freshly dug graves and flying down hills on homemade go-karts.

The prints were last exhibited when the series launched in 2001 as a book and exhibition at The Institute of Contemporary Arts and then went on to win a Silver Award at the Art Directors Club of New York.
