The Lancaster Smokehouse is a family owned business using traditional methods to smoke foods. It is based on the Lune Estuary in the small village of Glasson Dock.

Having been established for over 30 years, Lancaster Smokehouse has one of the most extensive and creative product ranges. We have maintained the centuries old traditional methods of preparing, curing and smoking of fish and meats of all kinds to give a unique 3 star gold award winning taste.

The shop is situated in the historic 18th Century Glasson Dock on the estuary of the River Lune where the canal, river and sea meet. The shop is open 9am – 5pm on Mondays to Fridays and 10am – 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays
