EDEN (1) (Sleeps up to 6): This gem of an apartment is packed with everything you’ll need. Eden is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment, with plenty of living space, including two relaxing areas to put your feet up (a cosy snug and coffee table area). You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favourite meals, a stylish dining area to eat, drink, and chat about the day, and a beautiful new bathroom, luxuriously finished with twin sinks, walk-in shower, and a bathtub too. Eden uniquely benefits from additional rear door access, so if full accessibility is important, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

FOLLY (2) (Sleeps up to 2): Thoughtfully designed so our guests feel right at home, this beautiful ground-floor studio apartment is elegant and comfortable. It is tastefully decorated, with a bright, light, and airy modern layout which includes very comfy bed(s), a stylish open plan kitchen to prepare drinks and simple meals, an intimate dining area for two, to sit and chat about the day. You’ll of course have a SMART TV and high-speed Wi-Fi and a stunning bathroom with a rejuvenating spacious walk-in shower and an elegant bath for the ultimate relaxation.

PROMENADE (3) (Sleeps up to 2): Promenade gives you a stunning view of the ocean from a large bay window, where you can watch the sun rise and set! Clever use of space gives you everything you need. Promenade is light and bright with high ceilings, so feels spacious while being cosy at the same time. You’ll have a comfortable double bed with high-quality fresh linen for a great rest. The kitchen facilities enable you to self-cater simple meals at home, and you’ll dine in comfort and style with the elegant dining set for two. A powerful refreshing large shower in the elegant modern bathroom.

FELLS (4) (Sleeps up to 2): We’ve thought meticulously about how to make Fells a great place to come home to. We have created a modern spacious, yet cosy, home away from home, so that you can rest, relax, refresh and recharge, making the most of your time here. Your bed is generously sized (queen-size or 2 x twin beds). Your stunning bathroom was recently renovated and includes a warm invigorating and powerful shower which has proven popular with guests. Prepare simple meals in the stunning practical kitchen area and use the chic dining table and chairs to dine in style or relax chatting over a drink. Enjoy the lovely peace and quiet the rear of the building gives.

PIER VIEW (5) (Sleeps up to 2): Pier View gives you your very own stunning view of the ocean! Pier View’s open living space is light and bright with wonderful high ceilings creating a spacious feel. We have maximised the apartment space so that you can get a great night’s rest in the plush super-king bed (or opt for 2 single beds). Relax in front of your SMART TV and connect your own devices to our fast Wi-Fi. Refresh every day in your power shower, with excellent water pressure and temperature. Prepare simple hot and cold meals in your kitchen area. Dine in comfort with the stylish table and chairs as you enjoy the incredible view!

LAKES (6) (Sleeps up to 2): This warm and welcoming apartment is just what you need to kick back and relax after a busy day. Lakes gives you that spacious modern luxurious feel, whilst being cosy enough to put your feet up and feel very much at home. You’ll get a good night’s sleep in the comfy queen-size (or 2 x twin) bed. The bathroom is brand new, spacious, boasting a lovely bath and stunning walk-in shower. The kitchen area is equipped with essentials to prepare simple food in the apartment. You’ve a stylish dining table for two, for eating in or chatting over a drink. Wi-Fi and SMART TV enable you to access all your favourite entertainment. At Lakes, you’ll benefit from the even quieter rear side of our aparthotel.

SAND DUNE (7) (Sleeps up to 2): Watch the sun rise and set over the ocean in our beautiful modern apartment, Sand Dune. We’ve tried to think of everything to make this the perfect pad Sand Dune has a lovely feel with clean lines, modern fresh décor, a practical layout, and a huge bay window so that you can watch the sun rise and set over the ocean! You’ll have comfy beds (queen or 2 x twins if preferred). Your bathroom has a great refreshing power shower. Your kitchen area enables you to prepare simple meals at home, and the modern dining set means you can dine-in in style. Fast Wifi and a SMART TV give you various entertainment options to relax and unwind.

BAY VIEW (8) (Sleeps up to 4): An exclusive custom-designed penthouse loft apartment with stunning views across Morecambe Bay! This is a unique and popular apartment. Bay View is flooded with natural light, with windows on both sides for panoramic views. It combines modern fresh décor with the character of exposed old beams. Bay View has the top floor of our lovely aparthotel all to itself. As well as a comfy super-king size bed (or 2 x twin beds if preferred), you’ll have a sofabed (small double, for one adult or two children). Relax on the velvet sofabed, or at the elegant dining table. Your dressing table doubles as a great workstation. The fully equipped kitchen means you can make great meals at home. Would you prefer an invigorating shower or a relaxing bath? It’s your choice. Your bathroom has a lovely power shower over a good-sized bath.
